Langlade's Story
Langlade is steeped in local history and tradition. The owners have traced the history back to the mid 1600s. Among the more illustrious previous owners of L'Anglade have been Dangiaud de L'Anglade, advocat to the Prince of Tallyrand and Lord of Perigord. More recently, Francis Ganivet Desgraviers, a famous French soldier was born on the property in 1768. Degraviers went on to become a famous and much decorated General in the Army before retiring in 1807 to get married.
The Langlade domaine consists of the main Manor House, and three gites plus two luxurious heated swimming pools in which to unwind.Langlade is set in beautiful grounds, including a walled arboretum, in a private and secluded rural location.
